Vanshika is a seasoned professional with two years of work experience. She has graduated from Institute of Law, Nirma University and has an expertise in advising clients across various sectors. Her extensive experience includes advising on and drafting a wide range of documentation for corporate and financial transactions involving corporate advisory, strategic alliances, digital lending, co-branding, trade financing, aviation, banking, and sector-specific foreign investment and exchange control laws.
Prior to her role at Inventus Law Technology Partners, Vanshika gained invaluable experience as an associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, a leading pan India law firm, which equipped her at drafting complex, customised agreements, tailored to clients’ unique requirements and providing commercial, holistic and strategic advice to clients.
Outside of work, Vanshika enjoys reading and exploring art and cinema.
