Mark is the Firm’s Trademark Paralegal. He is responsible for assisting attorneys and clients with elimination searches, developing goods and services statements, filing applications and responding to Office Actions, as well as maintaining the firm’s docket and calendar. Before joining Inventus Law, Mark worked as an IP Litigation and Trademark Paralegal for other local firms in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. In his spare time, Mark attends classes at De Anza Community College, listens to classical music, cooks, studies Buddhism, and walks his Tibetan Spaniel, Mergi.
