Chirag Ravishankar is an Associate at Inventus Law India. Chirag has over 3 years of work experience and works with the corporate team helping with incorporating companies, negotiating venture financing, maintaining cap tables, implementing stock option plans, securities filings and other corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Inventus, Chirag worked at a law firm in Bangalore where he drafted and negotiated various contracts for tech startups engaged in fintech, life sciences and software.
Chirag holds a B.A. (Hons.) LLB degree from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. In his free time, Chirag enjoys playing football and exploring music. He is also fluent in Kannada and Hindi.
