Anushka is an Associate in ILTP’s commercial team, and is based in Gurgaon. Anushka has experience working in litigation and as an in-house counsel.<br>
Before ILTP, Anushka worked at JusContractus, a full-service law firm in Delhi, for over 6 years, including while she earned her LL.B degree from Delhi University. She served as in-house counsel at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where she handled dispute resolution / litigation matters, and played a crucial role in advising on risk assessment and business development, based on ongoing legal disputes. <br>
Anushka has appeared before various courts and tribunals, including the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, Delhi School Tribunal, Delhi Commission for Women, NCDRC, District Consumer Commissions and in arbitrations.<br>
In her free time, Anushka enjoys reading and dancing.
