Nishtha has over five years of experience in private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, general corporate advisory, and commercial contracts. She has advised a diverse range of international and domestic clients across various sectors, including large domestic companies, multinational corporations, startups, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital funds, and high-net-worth individuals. She regularly advises clients in the areas of corporate and commercial laws, exchange control laws, foreign investment, and other related laws.<br>
Prior to joining Inventus Law Technology Partners, Nishtha worked with Elevate Law Company as an M&A Specialist.<br>
