This past weekend, Inventus Law sponsored and participated in the sold out StartEngine ICO 2.0 Summit. If you were unable to attend this year, the full event can be viewed here .

One of our own Corporate and Securities Associates, Sona Karakashian, was a featured speaker on the panel, “The Consequences of Evading Regulation,” where she discussed the security implications surrounding the unregulated nature of issuing “utility tokens.”  As part of Inventus Law’s expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain and equity crowdfunding, Sona discussed the uncertainties surrounding the unregulated issuance of Initial Coin Offerings (“ICOs”).
